In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Oak Mountain Eagles (Birmingham, AL) baseball squad the visiting Shelby County Wildcats (Columbiana, AL), by a tally of 7-2.

Next up, the Eagles encounter the Spain Park Jaguars (Hoover, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 14. Oak Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Jaguars enter the bout with a 7-8 record after their 9-2 non-league loss to Hoover (Hoover, AL).

The Wildcats (9-6) will now prepare for their bout against Elmore County (Eclectic, AL). The Panthers enter the non-league bout with a 9-5 record. In their last bout, Elmore County was overwhelmed by Holtville (Deatsville, AL), 6-1, in a non-league bout.
