The Esko Eskomos (Esko, MN) basketball were winner over the visiting Pierz Pioneers (Pierz, MN), 79-66 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Eskomos now possess a 22-7 record. They play next when they host Pequot Lakes for a AA Section 7 bout on Friday, March 14. Esko will play a Patriots team coming off a 59-37 non-league win over Staples-Motley (Staples, MN). The Patriots record now stands at 22-7.
With the loss, Pierz falls to 14-14 on the campaign.
