With the victory, McIntosh improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Chiefs host Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Friday, March 14. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 3-4. Kennesaw Mountain won 18-4 in their recent league game against Sprayberry (Marietta, GA)

The Vikings now have a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dutchtown for a 2A Area 5 game on Thursday, March 13. Northgate will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
