The Gilbert Indians (Gilbert, SC) soccer nipped the visiting Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC), 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Indians now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Midland Valley for a AAAA Region 4 challenge on Thursday, March 13. Gilbert will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Swansea (Swansea, SC). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-5.
