The Needville Bluejays baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Sealy Tigers to 0 in the Bluejays non-league win on Wednesday.

The Bluejays now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sweeny for a non-league test on Monday, March 17. Needville will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 5-5 non-league Brazosport (Freeport, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, Sealy drops to 0-2 on the year. The Tigers host Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX) to play the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, March 29. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 4-8.
