Colorado High School Lacrosse - Poudre School District drops to Cherry Creek

March 12, 2025: Fort Collins, CO 80526

Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO) backers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the host Poudre School District Stars (Fort Collins, CO), 13-8 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Cherry Creek improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bruins travel to La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA) to play the Mavericks in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 19. The Mavericks come into the game with a record of 3-0. La Costa Canyon won 12-11 in their recent non-league game against Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA)

The Stars now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arapahoe for a non-league game on Friday, March 14. Poudre School District will play a Warriors team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
