Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC) followers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC), 15-2 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Providence advances its record to 4-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC) to play the Knights in a Southwestern/So Meck game on Thursday, March 13. The Knights come into the game with a record of 6-0. Ardrey Kell won 17-12 in their recent non-league game against Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC)

The Spartans now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mountain Island Charter for a non-league game on Monday, March 17. Sun Valley will play a Raptors team coming off a 17-1 league loss to Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Raptors record now stands at 0-5.
