Next, the Wildcats meet the West Mecklenburg Hawks (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 17. Garinger will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 17-0 league loss to West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC).

The Trojans (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas enter the So Meck 4A challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Palisades was routed by South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 20-2, in a league challenge.
