In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Macon County Tigers softball team scored a tight 4-1 win over the Upperman Bees.

The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Jackson County (Gainesboro, TN). The Blue Devils come into the non-league match with a 0-2 record.

In their next game, the Bees battle the Clay County Bulldogs (Celina, TN) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 14. Upperman will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Cookeville (Cookeville, TN).
