Florida High School Baseball - Doral Academy loses to Stoneman Douglas

The Doral Academy Firebirds baseball team (Doral, FL), was overwhelmed 5-1 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Stoneman Douglas Eagles (Parkland, FL)

The Eagles (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Centennial (Las Vegas, NV). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 12-3 record. In their last battle, Centennial held off Vauxhall Academy (Vauxhall, Alberta) (Almo, IA), 10-9, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Firebirds face the Miami Stingarees (Miami, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 17. Doral Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Stingarees enter the battle with a 8-3 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Plantation (Plantation, FL).
