California High School Baseball - North wallops Kern Valley

The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the North Stars (Bakersfield, CA) and the host Kern Valley Broncs (Lake Isabella, CA), saw North's baseball team gain a win over Kern Valley by a tally of 18-5.

The Stars (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Golden Valley was overwhelmed by Wasco (Wasco, CA), 15-2, in a non-league contest.

The Broncs now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to California City for a High Desert contest on Tuesday, March 17. Kern Valley will confront a Ravens squad coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Granite Hills (Porterville, CA). The Ravens record now stands at 8-1.
