The Plainview Hornets triumphed over the host Reeves Raiders baseball squad by a score of 16-6 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Hornets now hold a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ville Platte for a non-league test on Friday, March 13. Plainview will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 16-0 non-league loss to Washington-Marion (Lake Charles, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-5.
