California High School Baseball - Fremont loses to Piedmont Hills

In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Piedmont Hills Pirates baseball team scored a tight 8-4 victory over the Fremont Firebirds.
The Pirates (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Mission San Jose (Fremont, CA). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Mission San Jose was overwhelmed by Concord (Concord, CA), 6-0, in a non-league game.
The Firebirds (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA). The Matadors go into the El Camino game with a 1-1 record.
