The Griswold Wolverines tipped the visiting Weaver Beavers basketball team by a final score of 62-59 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Wolverines face the Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 15. Griswold will attempt to move on its 21-3 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 21-2 record after their 72-58 non-league win over Windham (Willimantic, CT).
With the defeat, Weaver moves to 22-4 on the year.
