McBain Ramblers (McBain, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Shelby Tigers (Shelby, MI), 53-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McBain upgrades its record to 20-5 on the season. The Ramblers travel to St. Francis (Traverse City, MI) to clash with the Gladiators in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 15. The Gladiators go into the bout with a record of 21-4. St. Francis won 56-38 in their recent non-league bout against Meridian (Sanford, MI)
