In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Athens Drive Jaguars soccer squad scored a close 2-0 triumph over the Cary Imps.
The Jaguars (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Union Pines nudged Lee County (Sanford, NC), 5-3, in a league battle.
The Imps (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Mustangs come into the Southwest Wake 4A battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Middle Creek by Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
