With the triumph, Springwood improves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Ezekiel Academy (Montgomery, AL) to clash with the Knights in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 14. The Knights come into the game with a record of 7-3.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Skipstone Academy Warriors (Griffin, GA) in a GAPPS D-I Region 4 game, on Tuesday, March 14. Calvary Christian will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 14-6 non-league win over Creekside Christian Academy (McDonough, GA).
