Valencia Tigers (Placentia, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Corona del Mar Sea Kings (Newport Beach, CA), 14-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Buena Park for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 14. Valencia will face a Coyotes squad coming off a 13-13 non-league Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA). The Coyotes record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Corona del Mar falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Sea kings travel to Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA) to face the Oilers in a Sunset challenge on Tuesday, March 14. The Oilers enter the challenge with a record of 5-3. Huntington Beach lost 8-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Chino Hills (Chino Hills, CA)
