The North Lincoln Knights baseball team (Lincolnton, NC), was overwhelmed 4-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the host Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC)

The Bulldogs now hold a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Patton for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 14. Burns will confront a Panthers team coming off a 20-0 non-league win over Avery County (Newland, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 3-2.

Next, the Knights confront the Foard Tigers (Newton, NC) in a Western Foothills 3A outing, on Friday, March 15. North Lincoln will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 6-1 record after their 6-0 league win over Hickory (Hickory, NC).
