Florida High School Lacrosse - St. Petersburg Catholic tipped by Academy of the Holy Names

In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Academy of the Holy Names Jaguars lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-12 victory over the St. Petersburg Catholic Barons.
The Jaguars now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Tampa Catholic for a non-league test on Friday, March 15. Academy of the Holy Names will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 12-7 non-league loss to Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL). The Crusaders record now stands at 6-3.
In their next game, the Barons face the Cardinal Mooney Cougars (Sarasota, FL) in a 1A D10 test, on Thursday, March 14. St. Petersburg Catholic will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 5-4 record after their 15-7 non-league win over Bishop Verot (Fort Myers, FL).
