The Banning Pilots baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Serra Cavaliers to 2 in the Pilots non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Pilots (1-6) will now prepare for their match against Wilson (Hacienda Heights, CA). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record.
The Cavaliers (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Sea Kings go into the non-league match with a 8-5 record. In their last match, Palos Verdes was overwhelmed by Hart (Newhall, CA), 13-2, in a non-league match.
