The Canyon View Jaguars (Waddell, AZ) softball routed the host Vista Grande Spartans (Casa Grande, AZ), 17-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Jaguars (6-1) will now prepare for their bout against Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 7-4 record. In their last bout, Willow Canyon toppled Youngker (Buckeye, AZ), 19-0, in a non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Desert Mountain for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 14. Vista Grande will confront a Wolves squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Mountain View (Tucson, AZ). The Wolves record now stands at 10-2.
