California High School Softball - El Camino knocked off by McClatchy

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting El Camino Eagles (Sacramento, CA), by a margin of 12-2.

With the triumph, McClatchy moves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Lions travel to Rosemont (Sacramento, CA) to play the Wolverine in a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 20. The Wolverine come into the contest with a record of 4-0.

In their next game, the Eagles play the Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) in a Capital Athletic League contest, on Tuesday, March 19. El Camino will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Raiders come into the contest with a 3-7 record after their 20-0 league loss to Capital Christian (Sacramento, CA).
