In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Kimball Jaguars (Tracy, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Riverbank Bruins (Riverbank, CA), by a margin of 7-0.

With the triumph, Kimball moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Jaguars host Hughson (Hughson, CA) to play the Huskies in a non-league contest on Thursday, March 14. The Huskies come into the contest with a record of 5-2. Hughson won 9-8 in their recent non-league contest against Central Valley (Ceres, CA)
