The Summit Storm routed the visiting La Pine Hawks softball squad by a final score of 15-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Storm (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Beaverton (Beaverton, OR). The Beavers go into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Beaverton notched a victory over South Albany (Albany, OR), 13-10, in a non-league battle.
