Tennessee High School Baseball - Johnson County loses to Ashe County

The Ashe County Huskies triumphed over the host Johnson County Longhorns baseball squad by a score of 30-9 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Huskies encounter the East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 17. Ashe County will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Cardinals enter the outing with a 1-4 record after their 4-2 league loss to North Surry (Mount Airy, NC).

The Longhorns (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Mitchell (Bakersville, NC). The Mountaineers enter the non-league outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Mitchell achieved victory over Hampton (Hampton, TN), 15-2, in a non-league outing.
