North Carolina High School Baseball - First Flight loses to Bear Grass Charter

The Bear Grass Charter Bears bounced the visiting First Flight Nighthawks baseball team by a margin of 8-2 in Thursday's non-league game.
The Bears (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Columbia (Columbia, NC). The Wildcats enter the Atlantic 1A game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Columbia held off Northeast Academy (Lasker, NC), 13-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Nighthawks face the Northeastern Eagles (Elizabeth City, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A game, on Friday, March 14. First Flight will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 16-6 league loss to First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC).
