Arizona High School Baseball - Rincon/University loses to Cienega

Cienega Bobcats (Vail, AZ) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Rincon/University Rangers (Tucson, AZ), 14-4 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Cienega advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, March 13. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 4-3. Flagstaff won 20-3 in their recent non-league match against Rincon/University (Tucson, AZ)

The Rangers now have a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Mountain for a non-league match on Monday, March 17. Rincon/University will battle a Jaguars squad coming off a 26-10 non-league loss to Glendale (Glendale, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-6.
