The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the New Lima Falcons (New Lima, OK) and the host Marietta Indians (Marietta, OK), saw New Lima's baseball team get by Marietta by a tally of 8-7.

The Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Varnum (Seminole, OK). The Whippets enter the Little River battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Varnum held off Stonewall (Stonewall, OK), 6-5, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Indians face the Dibble Demons (Dibble, OK) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 15. Marietta will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
