North Carolina High School Baseball - New Hanover edges Reagan

In Thursday's non-league game, the host New Hanover Wildcats baseball team scored a close 4-2 win over the Reagan Raiders.
The Wildcats (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates go into the Mideastern 3A/4A game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Topsail by Ashley (Wilmington, NC), 10-6, in a league game.
Next, the Raiders play the Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) in a Central Piedmont 4A game, on Tuesday, March 18. Reagan will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Spartans go into the game with a 2-4 record after their 14-4 non-league win over Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC).
