Minnesota High School Basketball - Cromwell can't get by West Central Area

West Central Area Knights (Barrett, MN) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Cromwell Cardinals (Cromwell, MN), 61-54 in a non-league match.

With the victory, West Central Area advances its record to 24-6 on the year. The Knights travel to Goodhue (Goodhue, MN) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, March 14. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 24-5. Goodhue won 76-47 in their recent non-league match against Walker-Hackensack-Akeley (Walker, MN)

The Cardinals now own a 25-5 record.
