Florida High School Flag Football - George Jenkins nips Auburndale

The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the George Jenkins Eagles (Lakeland, FL) and the visiting Auburndale Bloodhounds (Auburndale, FL), witnessed George Jenkins's flag football squad edge Auburndale by a tally of 26-20.

The Eagles (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bartow (Bartow, FL). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Bartow was nudged by Winter Haven (Winter Haven, FL), 18-8, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Bloodhounds battle the McKeel Academy Wildcats (Lakeland, FL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 25. Auburndale will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record.
