Florida High School Lacrosse - Venice drops to Sarasota

The Venice Indians lacrosse team (Venice, FL), was overwhelmed 21-2 in Thursday's league battle with the host Sarasota Sailors (Sarasota, FL)

With the victory, Sarasota advances its record to 7-2 on the season. The Sailors travel to Immokalee (Immokalee, FL) to encounter the Indians in a 1A D11 battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 0-8.

The Indians now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The Village School of Naples for a non-league battle on Friday, March 14. Venice will encounter a Knights team coming off a 10-2 non-league win over Cypress Lake (Fort Myers, FL). The Knights record now stands at 2-2.
