The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Archbishop Curley Friars (Baltimore, MD) and the host Riverdale Baptist Crusaders (Upper Marlboro, MD), saw Archbishop Curley's baseball team gain a win over Riverdale Baptist by a tally of 16-4.
The Friars (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Hereford (Parkton, MD). The Bulls enter the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Crusaders face the DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 17. Riverdale Baptist will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
