The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Georgetown Prep Little Hoyas (North Bethesda, MD) and the host McDonogh Eagles (Owings Mills, MD), saw Georgetown Prep's baseball team gain a win over McDonogh by a tally of 15-1.

The Little Hoyas (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Jackson-Reed was overwhelmed by Blair (Silver Spring, MD), 14-10, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings (Buckeystown, MD) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 19. McDonogh will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
