St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC), 16-2 in a non-league game.

With the victory, St. Anne's-Belfield advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Saints host Perkiomen School (Pennsburg, PA) to play the Panthers in a non-league game on Friday, March 21. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 0-0.

The Cougars now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Norman Charter for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 25. Cannon will play a Knights team coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Knights record now stands at 4-3.
