Florida High School Lacrosse - East Lake nudges Countryside

March 13, 2025: Clearwater, FL 33761

The East Lake Eagles (Tarpon Springs, FL) lacrosse nudged the host Countryside Cougars (Clearwater, FL), 5-4 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Eagles now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Palm Harbor University for a 2A D11 outing on Monday, March 24. East Lake will face a Hurricanes squad coming off a 14-3 non-league win over St. Petersburg (St. Petersburg, FL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Countryside falls to 4-3 on the year. The Cougars host Northeast (St. Petersburg, FL) to face the Vikings in a 1A D10 outing on Tuesday, March 25. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 1-6.
