In Thursday's non-league test, the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) lacrosse team edged the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA), by a count of 6-5.
Next up, the Eagles battle the Cherokee Warriors (Canton, GA) in a 3A Area 4 test, on Tuesday, March 18. Etowah will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Warriors enter the test with a 3-3 record after their 12-6 non-league loss to North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA).
The Chiefs (5-5) will now prepare for their test against North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 9-0 record. In their last test, North Cobb got by Cherokee (Canton, GA), 12-6, in a non-league test.
