Fans at Thursday's league test between the Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC) and the visiting May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC), witnessed Hilton Head Island's lacrosse squad achieve victory over May River by a count of 11-5.
The Seahawks (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC). The Iron Horses enter the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Philip Simmons nipped St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC), 7-6, in a non-league test.
Next, the Sharks battle the River Bluff Gators (Lexington, SC) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 15. May River will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Gators enter the test with a 4-3 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to A.C. Flora (Columbia, SC).
