North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Northwest Guilford sneaks past Lake Norman Charter

March 13, 2025: Greensboro, NC 27409

Fans at Thursday's non-league test between the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) and the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), witnessed Northwest Guilford's lacrosse squad hold off Lake Norman Charter by a count of 8-7.

The Vikings (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Apex (Apex, NC). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, Apex nipped Cary (Cary, NC), 18-0, in a league test.

Next, the Knights battle the Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 25. Lake Norman Charter will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Cougars enter the test with a 2-3 record after their 16-2 non-league loss to St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA).
