North Raleigh Christian Academy Knights (Raleigh, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the host Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC), 12-5 in a non-league game.

With the victory, North Raleigh Christian Academy advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Knights host Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league game on Saturday, March 15. The Buccaneers come into the game with a record of 5-1. Charlotte Country Day School lost 15-5 in their recent non-league game against St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA)

The Vikings now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gray's Creek for a United 8/All American/Sandhills game on Monday, March 17. Union Pines will play a Bears team coming off a 10-2 league win over Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 3-3.
