With the triumph, Lakewood advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Lynden (Lynden, WA) to clash with the Lions in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 18. The Lions come into the test with a record of 1-0. Lynden won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Mariner (Everett, WA)

The Tigers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Whidbey for a non-league test on Friday, March 14.
