New Mexico High School Softball - Valley bested by Atrisco Heritage Academy

Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM), 18-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Atrisco Heritage Academy improves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Jaguars host St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM) to face the Sartans in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 19. The Sartans enter the game with a record of 3-6. St. Pius X won 18-3 in their recent non-league game against Capital (Santa Fe, NM)

The Vikings now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cleveland for a non-league game on Wednesday, March 19. Valley will face a Storm squad coming off a 15-12 non-league loss to Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM). The Storm record now stands at 4-3.
