Virginia High School Softball - Hayfield succumbs to Langley

In Thursday's non-league test, the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Hayfield Hawks (Alexandria, VA), by a tally of 15-0.

Next, the Saxons clash with the Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 17. Langley will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 7-5 league loss to Elizabeth Seton (Bladensburg, MD).

The Hawks (0-1) will now prepare for their test against George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Statesmen go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
