California High School Softball - Laguna Creek bounces Rio Americano

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Laguna Creek Cardinals (Elk Grove, CA) and the visiting Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA), observed Laguna Creek's softball team prevail over Rio Americano by a tally of 14-3.

The Cardinals (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against West Campus (Sacramento, CA). The Warriors go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Bella Vista Broncos (Fair Oaks, CA) in a Capital Valley Conference bout, on Tuesday, March 18. Rio Americano will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Broncos go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 9-3 non-league loss to Rocklin (Rocklin, CA).
