Florida High School Baseball - Fernandina Beach edges Oakleaf

The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Fernandina Beach Pirates (Fernandina Beach, FL) and the visiting Oakleaf Knights (Orange Park, FL), saw Fernandina Beach's baseball team gain a win over Oakleaf by a tally of 3-0.

The Pirates (11-2) will now prepare for their battle against Baldwin (Baldwin, FL). The Indians enter the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Baldwin held off Wolfson (Jacksonville, FL), 12-2, in a league battle.

In their next game, the Knights confront the ED White Commanders (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 16. Oakleaf will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Commanders come into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Englewood (Jacksonville, FL).
