The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Lincoln Hornets (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Rock Academy Warriors (San Diego, CA), saw Lincoln's baseball team gain a win over Rock Academy by a tally of 15-1.

The Hornets (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Santana (Santee, CA). The Sultans enter the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Santana was overwhelmed by Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA), 8-2, in a non-league contest.

The Warriors now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coastal Academy for a Pacific contest on Tuesday, March 17.
