In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Holtville Vikings baseball team scored a nice 22-2 victory over the Calipatria Hornets.

The Vikings (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Mohave (Bullhead City, AZ). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Mohave was overwhelmed by Coconino (Flagstaff, AZ), 5-4, in a league game.

The Hornets (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Escondido Charter (Escondido, CA). The White Tigers go into the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Escondido Charter overcame Pacific Ridge (Carlsbad, CA), 8-6, in a non-league game.
