The La Cueva Bears baseball team scored 20 runs and limited the host Los Lunas Tigers to 1 in the Bears non-league victory on Monday.
The Bears (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors go into the match with a 4-0 record.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM). The Storm go into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Cleveland ran past East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM), 22-2, in a non-league match.
