The West-Oak Warriors (Westminster, SC) soccer nipped the host Pickens Blue Flame (Pickens, SC), 1-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
With the victory, West-Oak moves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Warriors host Wren (Piedmont, SC) to battle the Hurricanes in a AAA Region 1 bout on Monday, March 21. The Hurricanes enter the bout with a record of 4-1.
In their next game, the Blue Flame battle the Walhalla Razorbacks (Walhalla, SC) in a AAAA Region 1 bout, on Tuesday, March 15. Pickens will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Razorbacks enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Wren (Piedmont, SC).
